Nearly 250 Applications In

Despite the rainy and snowy weather, we’ve started trekking all over the city to interview candidates for camp. With nearly 250 interest forms submitted so far (and more to come!), we’ve got a lot of students to interview! We’re excited to meet all the young people who think camp might be right for them, and get ready to welcome our cohort of Summer 2015 campers!

With camp alumni, we enjoyed a relaxing staff reunion and holiday party at Josh’s house last weekend, and we’re looking forward to a busy Winter/Spring calendar, including:

• A Zumba class on January 17th

• A workshop on financial aid on January 31st

• An architecture workshop on February 15th

• Ice skating (!!!) on February 21st

• A “Roaring 20s”-themed dance class on March 7th

• A trip to SUNY Stony Brook on April 7th

Steve Kessner, Staffers and the Board of Directors are doing a terrific job.
